  1. Join the mailing list . We'd love to see you active, asking and answering questions.
  2. Read the Features in the Works. We are working on a number of features for Floodlight and would love your help with them.
  3. Send a note to the mailing list to let us know what you are working on (particularly if its a non-trivial change).
  4. Submit a pull request on Github. Make sure you add adequate tests and Javadoc! More guidelines on the Floodlight testing standards and tools are forthcoming.
  5. Your change will be approved with a "merge-approved" message from a moderator.
